Service Description

Your Nurturing Embrace Doula Practitioner has a special skill she has refined and perfected over many years working as a Head Chef for the VIP lounge at a bustling New Jersey concert arena. This skill allows her to offer customized nutritional meal plans, meal preparation services or teach basic culinary education classes to clients to help the new parents not have to worry about having to prepare a meal while they're busy dealing with a new baby while undergoing a full postpartum recovery. Other creative assistance, such as helping families introduce their beloved pets (dogs and/or cats) to their new baby, or offering to help with basic home organization. ​ There are additional optional services beyond this list. Please talk to your Doula for more information. The duration of these services are varied, and the additional cost for these services are based on the number of sessions requested and the Service Plan Agreement between the client and their doula.
